An Introduction

I’m a senior at Yale studying applied math, computer science, and history. I’ve built ML infrastructure at Adobe, mapped disaster-response networks at a Department of Energy lab, and researched human-trafficking policy in Washington. Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about AI governance and bioethics — questions where the technical details and the policy details are both load-bearing, and where getting one wrong makes the other one useless.

On What I’m Doing

— and why —

The short version: I care about how technology gets built and how it lands in the world, and I’ve been trying to work on both sides of that.

On the build side, I’ve written backend and ML infrastructure — RESTful APIs at Pacific Northwest National Lab, an MLOps anomaly-detection platform at Adobe, a retrieval-augmented workflow at a FemTech startup. On the other side, I’ve researched human-trafficking policy in Washington and presented findings to seven congressional offices.

What I keep coming back to is AI governance and bioethics — questions where the technical details and the policy details are both load-bearing, and where getting one wrong makes the other one useless.

Architected an end-to-end MLOps anomaly-detection platform (Prophet, TimeSeries) adopted by four teams across Adobe's Commerce org; automated onboarding pipelines with Databricks bundles and Jenkins.

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory

Authored RESTful APIs and backend features for a secure inventory-management application in C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, and SQL Server; built a Python and GeoPandas visualisation mapping natural-disaster impact against rescue-relief networks.

Designed a retrieval-augmented generation workflow that personalises health news from user-input menstrual data, in service of user-centred FemTech tooling.

Yale Computer Science Department

Teach Python, UNIX, SQL, and core data structures in CS200; lead office hours and discussion sections for thirty-plus students on debugging, code design, and algorithmic thinking.

Safe House Project

Led research on the effectiveness of the National Human Trafficking Hotline; presented policy recommendations to seven congressional offices on Capitol Hill and contributed to a White Paper series on safe-house standards.
